What is prāpti no vichār?
Prāpti means what we have attained. Vichār means deliberate thought. Together, the practice is to set aside fifteen minutes each day to contemplate what has been received: this human birth, this satsang, this guru, this understanding.
How this is structured
Each week opens with an anchor — a vat from a guru that names what we have. That anchor stays through the week. Each day deepens it through a different guru of the parampara — beginning with Bhagwan Swaminarayan, ending with the present guru, Mahant Swami Maharaj.
